Episode 69 – Importance of Sleep for Parents – Dr. Manvir Bhatia

India is the most sleep-starved country in the world -93% of the population have complained about broken sleep.  Last week 19th of March was World Sleep Day and the slogan was Regular Sleep, Healthy Future.

Nadir Pop and Peter Pop did an episode on sleep for children last year with Kerry Bajaj, author of Sleep Baby Sleep. This year they decided to focus on sleep for parents

The Pop duo are joined by Dr. Manvir Bhatia, Director of Neurology Sleep Centre, New Delhi. She is a Senior Neurologist and Sleep Specialist with 25 years of experience.
