Episode 94 – Rise of podcasting in India – Ishani Dasgupta – JioSaavn

This month of September 2021, Nadir Pop and Peter Pop are taking a break from parenting, well, virtually speaking. In real life we could only wish to take a break from parenting.

30th of September is International Podcast Day and just like they celebrated Father’s Month in June this year, the Pop Duo are this month celebrating podcasts. They are going to speak to fellow podcasters and professionals from the podcasting world in India.

The first guest in this mini series is Ishani Dasgupta, Lead – Podcast Partnerships at JioSaavn. Ishani has spent close to five years in the podcasting space and we talk about the rise of podcasting in India. Here is the jist of the conversation we had on the episode:
